We take Freedom of Mobility quite literally...

Of course it is fun to let participants drive exactly on a prescribed route. But you can also give them the freedom to determine their own route.

That's what we do with a Connection Game!

The setup

A Connection Game has the following elements:

  • a program
  • a starting location
  • a finish location
  • a theme
    • hot spots
    • assignments

The Program

We determine the program together with our client. A good basis to start is:

  • walk-in & registration
  • welcome & driver's briefing
  • start
  • finish
  • networking

Although 1.5 hours is a minimum time, any conceivable duration is possible. For example, the 24-hour Hydrogen Challenge takes 24 hours between start and finish.

Welcome & Driver's Briefing

You are the host, so you decide how this part is filled in!

At the Driver's Briefing we always focus on the how and why of your event. The participants are your ambassadors. We focus on the subject of safety. And we ask the participants to check in and show their Start Certificate. This way we check that everyone can operate the app properly.

Location

Normally the start and finish location are the same. But it is possible to work with multiple start and/or finish locations.

Theme

This is what it is all about! What do you want the participants to experience?

Based on the theme you have specified, we determine the locations ('hot spots') and the corresponding assignments. Of course, we take into account the available time and infrastructure.

Communication

How many participants do you expect? How will the target group be informed about this event? How do they register and under what conditions?

Are cars available or do participants have to arrange their own?

What exposure do you want to create with your event? Before, during and after?

Checklist

We will go through the checklist with you:

  • Catering
  • Required facilities
  • Communication plan
  • Prize package for the participants
  • Decoration (starting arch? competition polo shirts)
  • Follow up

Live dashboard

We have the possibility to follow your event with a LIVE Dashboard. This shows the current score, the position and the route taken by the participating teams and a timeline with photos.

This dashboard makes it fun for non-participants to experience the event and enjoy the adventures of the participants!

How to log in

Each team receives a unique code. Everyone can log in with it.

This is how you check in

Check in

Once you are logged in, you can see where the hot spots are via the "Map" tab.

If you turn on your location, you can check in at hot spots.

This is how you score

And win!

Once you have checked in, we will send a message to your Message Box.

With a multiple choice question or assignment.

Do you know the answer? Then you score points!
