Connection Game

We take Freedom of Mobility quite literally...

Of course it is fun to let participants drive exactly on a prescribed route. But you can also give them the freedom to determine their own route.

That's what we do with a Connection Game!

The setup

A Connection Game has the following elements:

  • a program
  • a starting location
  • a finish location
  • a theme
    • hot spots
    • assignments

The Program

We determine the program together with our client. A good basis to start is:

  • walk-in & registration
  • welcome & driver's briefing
  • start
  • finish
  • networking

A Connection Game takes 2 to 3 hours.

Welcome & Driver's Briefing

You are the host, so you decide how this part is filled in!

At the Driver's Briefing we always focus on the how and why of your event. The participants are your ambassadors. We focus on the subject of safety. And we ask the participants to check in and show their Start Certificate. This way we check that everyone can operate the app properly.

Location

There is one start and finish location. We place the hot spots in an area of approximately 25 by 25 kilometers. The start location is the center of that.

Theme

We offer the following themes:

  • team building (general questions/assignments for young and old)
  • sustainability (with questions about sustainability)
  • petrol head (with questions about car brands and history)

Based on the chosen theme, we place 25 hot spots with assignments in the playing area.

Communication

You are responsible for communication with the participants and determine the number of participating teams.

Game Master

Although it is possible to organize a Connection Game completely do-it-yourself, we advise you to hire an experienced Game Master.

Checklist

Please consider:

  • Catering
  • Required facilities
  • Communication plan
  • Prize package for the participants
  • Decoration (starting arch? competition polo shirts)
  • Follow up

Live dashboard

We have the possibility to follow your event with a LIVE Dashboard. This shows the current score, the position and the route taken by the participating teams and a timeline with photos.

This dashboard makes it fun for non-participants to experience the event and enjoy the adventures of the participants!
